Built for API
and 51X 500 series enclosures, the EQA features a discrete audio path, with
ICs taking care of simulated inductance duties.
It's a 3 band number, with sweepable high shelf, sweepable mid with
switchable q and sweepable shelf/peak low band.
Discrete fet input, continuously variable 12dB/oct high pass and low
pass filters are also fitted.
Differential input (bal/unbal) and transformer balanced output.

Absolutely LOVIN' the eq's to bits!
I have tried them everywhere. Lead vocals, BV's, strings, gtrs,
bass, drum sub grp, individual drums, overheads, over the mix,
rhodes. I love the individuality of them, quite unlike ANYTHING else
in my book. Absolutely awesome and fantastic all rounders. Powerful
and yet so gentle!
You can add/subtract far more than you can with most other eq's,
without any nastiness.
Hi/lo pass is just to die for. So surgical, and yet so smooth!
